Cancellation/Refund Policy

Returns Process

At Crestar Picture Framing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or if there is a defect with your order, please follow these guidelines for returns:

  • Contact Us: Notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order as we will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You can contact us via info@crestarmfg.com or by phone (401)885-0300 to initiate the return process.
  • Return Conditions: If items are damaged or if there is an issue that needs to be fixed, we would be happy to take a look at it and fix the issue as soon as possible. Items like our ready-made frames must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Return Label: If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid return label along with further instructions on how to return the item for us to fix. 

    Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
