Accidents happen, especially when shipping is involved. If this does occur, please contact us ASAP so we can consider repairs & replacements if necessary.
We do our best to ensure that everything arrives safely. Occasionally, things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case by case basis. Please open and inspect your packages immediately upon delivery.
